How to Send Anonymous Emails

Most of us are very curious to know a method to send anonymous emails to our friends for fun. But the question is, is it possible to send anonymous emails in spite of the advanced spam filtering technology adopted by email service provides like Gmail, Yahoo etc? The answer is YES, it is still possible to bypass their spam filters and send anonymous emails to your friends. For example, you can send an email to your friend with the following sender details.

The art of sending this kind emails is known as Email Spoofing. In my previous post on How to Send Fake Email I insisted on using your own SMTP server to send anonymous emails. This method used to work successfully in the past, but today it has a very low success rate since Gmail and Yahoo(all major email service providers) blocks the emails that are sent directly from a PC. In this post I have come up with a new way to send anonymous emails (spoofed emails) that has 100% success rate. If you have to successfully send an anonymous email or spoofed email, you should send it using a relay server.

What is a Relay Server?

In simple words, a relay server is an SMTP Server that is trusted by Google or Yahoo as an authorised sender of the email. So, when you send an email using a relay server, the email service providers like Yahoo and Gmail blindly accept the emails and deliver it to the inbox of the recipient. If the SMTP server is not authorised, Google and Yahoo will reject all the emails sent from this SMTP server. This is the reason for which using our own SMTP server to send emails fail.

So What’s Next?

Now all we have to do is, find a trusted SMTP server to Send Spoofed Emails. Usually all the emails that are sent from web hosting providers are trusted and authorised. So, you have to find a free web hosting provider that allows you to send emails. But, most of the free Web Hosts disable the Mail feature and do not allow the users to send emails. This is done just to avoid spamming. However all the paid hosting plans allow you to send any number of emails. Once you find a hosting service that allows to send emails from their servers, it’s just a cakewalk to send anonymous emails. All we have to do is just modify the email headers to insert the spoofed From address field into it.

I have created a PHP script that allows you to send emails from any name and email address of your choice.

Here is a step-by-step procedure to setup your own Anonymous Email Sender Script

1. Goto X10 Hosting and register a new account.

2. Download my Anonymous Email Sender Script (sendmail.rar).

3. Login to your FreeWebHostingArea Account and click on File Manager.

4. Upload the sendmail.php, pngimg.php and bg1.PNG files to the server.

5. Set permissions for sendmail.php, pngimg.php and bg1.PNG to 777.

6. Now type the following URL

http://yoursite.x10hosting.com/sendmail.php

NOTE: yoursite must be substituted by the name of the subdomain that you have chosen during the registration process.

4. Set port to “25″

PART B: SENDING FAKE EMAIL (EMAIL FORGING)

1. Click on SMTP server icon on your desktop to start your SMTP server to run(The icon is shown on the notification area of the taskbar if it is running).If it is already running then this step can be ignored

2. Goto command prompt(Start-Accessories-Command prompt)

3. Type exactly as follows

C:\>telnet 127.0.0.1 25

Here 127.0.0.1 is the default IP of every computer.25 is the port number.SO you are connecting to the SMTP server running on your own computer.This step is very importand to send fake email.

NOTE: The IP 127.0.0.1 should not be substituted by any other IP.

4. After typing the telnet command in the command prompt you get entry to the server which displays the following message.The response of a OK SMTP server is given below.Message within Green color is only explanation.

Disable 'Send/Dont send error report' in windows

Got annoyed by the Send/Dont send report window on windows when any application doesnt functioned properly..!!! Check out the following steps to disable the Send/Dont send report window.



- Right-click the My Computer icon and choose Properties.

- In the System Properties window that appears, go to the Advanced tab and click Error Reporting.

- There you can Disable error reporting. This will make any crashing program's window simply close itself.

- You could also click But Notify Me When Critical Errors Occur, but it might be even safer (and less confusing down the road) if you select Enable Error Reporting and Choose Programs to exclude only your commonly crashing program.

Save youtube videos directly from Firefox3 cache

Open the youtube video page in firefox 3. Allow the video to play once.


Now the video is finished playing. Open a new tab in firefox 3. In the location bar (address bar) type

about:cache

and press enter. A new page will load. In the page see the heading

Under that there is “Cache Directory”. There will be a long address similar to one shown below

C:\Documents and Settings\usrname\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\abcd123h.default\Cache


Copy the full address (You must copy the cache link address from your computer. The above address is just to show and make you understand). Now open “My Computer”. In the address bar paste the already copied long address.

A folder will open. This folder contains the youtube video file in the form of cache. Note that the video file will be big in size. Now open VLC Media player or any other flv player. Drag and drop the bigger cache file in the media player. The file that plays the video is your video file. Copy and paste it in desktop. Rename the file to yourvideo1.flv (or any other name of your choice with flv extension).

Now you have saved the youtube video right from your firefox 3 cache rather than downloading it again.

You can watch the saved video while offline.

Hide data in notepad without using any software

It is a pretty unknown trick to create hidden text files using nothing but Notepad, you can use this simple trick to hide plain text data without using any third-party utility.The text files created using the method below won't show anywhere in DOS or Windows irrespective of the hidden and system display file-settings, the files created using this can only be accessed if you know the correct file-name used while creating the file.




Follow the steps :

Launch Windows command prompt from Start Menu -> Run -> Type cmd and press Enter.

Using DOS commands navigate to the desired folder.

Now type in notepad VisibleFile.txt:HiddenFile.txt and hit Enter, you can
change VisibleFile.txt and HiddenFile.txt to names of your choice (notice the : between both file-names), You will be prompted to Create a New file click Yes.

Now enter data you want to hide, save the file and close notepad.

Visit the file-save location, you will see your VisibleFile.txt file (non-hidden) there, you can open the file and enter any text of your choice as any other normal text file.

The hidden file HiddenFile.txt will not be visible under Windows Explorer or DOS.

To open and read/write your hidden file, type in the command notepad VisibleFile.txt:HiddenFile.txt (change filenames with your own used during Step 3 above) at DOS command prompt and hit Enter.

Note : If the visible file (VisibleFile.txt) is deleted your hidden file (HiddenFile.txt) will also get deleted.

4]Now run it !

Windows XP IP Utilities

The following are the IP utilities available in Windows that help in finding out the information about IP Hosts and domains.These are the basic IP Hacking Commands that everyone must know!

NOTE: The term Host used in this article can also be assumed as a Website for simple understanding purpose.

1. PING

PING is a simple application (command) used to determine whether a host is online and available.PING command sends one or more ICMP Echo messages to a specified host requesting a reply.The receiver (Target Host) responds to this ICMP Echo message and returns it back to the sender.This confirms that the Host is online and available.Otherwise the host is said to be unavailable.

Syntax:
C:>ping gohacking.com

2. TELNET
Telnet command is used to connect to a desired host on a specified port number.For example

NOTE: The default port number is 23.When the port number is not specified the default number is assumed.

Many times we think about finding out the IP address of a given site.Say for example google.com,yahoo.com,microsoft.com etc.But how to do this? For this there are some websites that can be used to find out the IP address of a given site.But in Windows we have an inbuilt tool to do this job for us.It is nslookup.Yes this tool can be used for resolving a given domain name into it’s IP address (determine the IP of a given site name).Not only this it can also be used for reverse IP lookup.That is if the IP address is given it determines the corresponding domain name for that IP address.

Syntax:
C:>nslookup google.com

4. NETSTAT

The netstat command can be used to display the current TCP/IP network connections.For example the following netstat command displays all connections and their corresponding listening port numbers.

Eg: C:>netstat -a

This command can be used to determine the IP address/Host names of all the applications connected to your computer.If a hacker is connected to your system even the hacker’s IP is displayed.So the netstat command can be used to get an idea of all the active connections to a given system.

Unlocking the iphone

As we all know, iPhone is Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) locked. This means iphone was designed for and can be used by one carrier—AT&T in the United States—and offers a limited set of iPhone-compatible voice and data plans. Within weeks of its release, a hacker named iZsh created a tool named iASign, which allowed iPhone owners to unlock and use their phones with AT&T/Cingular plans that were not designed for the iPhone, including pay-as-you-go plans.

A month or two later, the iPhone Dev Team hackers released the iUnlock and anySIM tools (see Figure above), which allowed the iPhone to be unlocked and used with any Global System for Mobile communications (GSM) SIM from around the world.Within days of its release, the iPhone had been unlocked and used in dozens of countries,from Malaysia to Jamaica and from Norway to Pakistan.

Reacting to the iPhone Unlock tool, Steve Jobs said, “It’s a cat-and-mouse game. We try to stay ahead. People will try to break in, and it’s our job to stop them breaking in.” In late September 2007, Apple issued the following statement in a press release:

Apple has discovered that many of the unauthorized iPhone unlocking programs available on the Internet cause irreparable damage to the iPhone’s software,which will likely result in the modified iPhone becoming permanently inoperable when a future Apple-supplied iPhone software update is installed.Apple plans to release the next iPhone software update,containing many new features including the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store(http://www.itunes.com/), later this week.Apple strongly discourages users from installing unauthorized unlocking programs on their iPhones.Users whomake unauthorized modifications to the software on their iPhone violate their iPhone software license agreement and void their warranty.The permanent inability to use an iPhone due to installing unlocking software is not covered under the iPhone’s warranty.

Get a Call from your own Cell Phone number

Use Gmail Account to Send Emails from Multiple Addresses

In this post I am going to show you how to use your Gmail account to send and receive emails from multiple addresses. Most of us own more than one email account say for example, one from Gmail, one from Yahoo and one from Hotmail. If you are tired of logging into multiple accounts to check your inbox or to send emails, I have a solution here.

Gmail has an option to integrate multiple email accounts (email addresses) into a single Gmail account. Once you integrate multiple email addresses into your Gmail account, you can use the same account to send emails from different addresses and receive emails for different addresses. Let’s take a simple example

Suppose you have three email addressess (email accounts)

1. prakashhacking@gmail.com

2. prakashhacking@yahoo.com

3. hacker@hotmail.com

You can integrate the emails prakashhacking@yahoo.com and hacker@hotmail.com to prakashhacking@gmail.com and operate all the three accounts from your single gmail account. Here is a step-by-step procedure to do this.

1. Login to your gmail account.

2. Click on Settings at the top right corner.

3. Under Settings, click on Accounts tab.

4. Now you’ll see the first option “Send mail as:“

5. Under this option, click on Add another email address you own

6. Now a small new window will pop-up asking you to enter the details of your new email address.

7. Here you can enter any name and any email address. The email address need not belong to gmail only. You can enter your yahoo, hotmail or any other valid email address.

8. A Verification email will be sent to the address that you specify. Once you verify that you own the email address, it will be integrated to your Gmail account.

Now when you compose a new email, you’ll see an option to select from multiple address to send the mail. Also you’ll receive the incoming mails for multiple addresses to a single mailbox. I hope this will benefit you.

Before you leave, I should also tell you one good advantage of this. According to Gmail privacy policy, they will not send the user’s IP address in the outgoing emails. That means when you send an email from your Gmail account , the receiver will not be able to find out your IP address. But you don’t have this advantage in Yahoo or other email providers.

Limitations:

• Scraps/emails sent to you via sms are 5-6 hours late.

Is it not? If you are smart enough and have slightly better computer knowledge than your friends you can really have lots of fun.
Here i’ll show you how to send a fake/anonymous email to your friends.That is you can hide your real name and real email address.You can insert the name and from address of your choice.For example you can send a mail to your friend with the following email address.

Isn’t this amazing.I bet, most of us don’t know that we can send email from other’s name also.Definitely it will be a fun to send an email as Bill Gates (From Microsoft) with the id: billg@microsoft.com. Of course you can use the name and address of your choice.But here i have taken the example of Bill Gates.By using this trick i have fooled many of my friends.So now i am sharing this trick with you.
But one more thing to be remembered! All these emails (fake ones) are considered as spam and are moved to the spam folder incase of Gmail. Bulkbox incase of Yahoo.
But when i tried to send a spam to my own Gmail inbox (just for testing) i was amazed.It directly sent the email to inbox.Here’s i have made a small review of Gmail’s Spam filtering ability.
Do you think Gmail is strong enough in filtering spam? The answer is YES and NO!

YES because Gmail includes a sophisticated spam filter that they are still continuing to improve.It removes spam from the inbox and sends valuable data to the Gmail team working on spam blocking.

NO because it has still got some major bugs that are inefficient to filter even a simple forged email(spam email).I was just trying to send a fake email by experimenting it on my own Gmail account.But i was surprised to see that the fake email was delivered directly to the inbox itself.This time Gmail failed to filter a simple spam.But this is not the case all the time.Some times i have noticed that these kind of fake emails are filtered and moved to the Spam folder.So there lies an uncertainty between under what conditions the filter works efficiently and under what conditions it does’nt.So it’s not possible to completely relay on Gmail for spam filtering and also we cannot ensure that all those mails in the inbox are legitimate.

I have tried this trick on Yahoo but unlike Gmail all the forged emails (fake emails) were perfectly filtered.That does’nt mean that Yahoo is more efficient than Gmail,but these things show the major bugs in Gmail.

Many times we wonder why Gmail & Orkut still carry that 4 letter word “BETA”.But these are some of the reasons for Gmail to be still in testing stage.
